So, you remember how “Roundabout” used to be a song by Yes and we were all super happy that it became the JoJo’s: The Animation ending theme?
Yeah, now it’s probably going to end up being known as the song from JoJo’s and maybe by Yes if they’re lucky, because someone went through the trouble to make this. Making a Genesis soundcard mix of “Roundabout” is pretty cool, but linking it specifically to JoJo’s has probably cemented it as JoJo’s song. Maybe this’ll become a continuing trend and we’ll get other console versions of songs, like a Game Boy sound card version of On Green Dolphin Street or Shine on You Crazy Diamond. Hell, as much as I like the opening, I also like chip tune music, so I’d be all over a chip tune remix of the opening.
